Terms of service
General
1. My commissions are for personal use only.2. For monetization (streaming, branding) or commercial purpose (where profit will be gained), an extra rate will be added to the final price.3. I reserve the right to decline any commissions that I feel I cannot properly execute.4. I'll add 5% at the end to cover Paypal fees.5. Payment is full upfront. But if the commission is big and price as well (more than 150€) I can accept paying 50% ahead and 50% before it’s done.6. No refunds. Unless I cancel your commission after the payment has been made.7. Major revisions may be requested during the sketch phase, don’t be shy to express what you want! Once I start the lineart, only minor color revision will be accepted. Fees will be added if you wish to change something previously approved (like clothes or pose).8. I will send occasional updates of WIPs if you agreed to see them. If any delays were to happen, I will always let you know.9. I aim to finish commissions within 2-3 weeks. But at times it may take up to 1 month or more to finish depending on your slot number and my life schedule. Any deadline under ten days will be asked for a rush fee.10. I'll deliver the commission through a google drive link where you'll be able to download it. Once you say you got it, I'll delete from my share space.
Use & intellectual property rights
1. You are allowed to share your commission anywhere you'd like as long as you credit me as the artist whenever the art is used and showcased. You can also print your own commission for personal use.2. You may not edit your commission, add filters or remove my watermark unless you have my permission.3. I don’t allow my work to be sold as NFTs or used for IA training.4. I have the intellectual property of the artwork, you absolutely can’t claim it as yours. As such, I have the right to retract commissioner rights if my rights and copyright are violated.5. As the artist, I maintain all rights to my work and I may use it for my needs, such as portfolios or sharing to my social media, unless discussed otherwise by both parties. If you'd like the artwork to remain private or not ever published anywhere then an extra fee may apply.
